Hi,
I use windows remote desktop and with this I can configure the settings 
for remote audio and choose whether to play on the local computer or on 
the remote computer.
I'm interested in this last option: playback on the remote computer, 
without audio recording.
How can I set up remmina with these same characteristics?

Honestly I don't know.

If you can achieve this with xfreerdp, it'd be possible with Remmina.

In the latest remmina version, is possible to share multiple audio devices and as far as I know, on Windows, you can choose which sound device to use,  local or remote.

Try to investigate with xfreerdp and let us know.
